Conrad Watkins RIBA set up CKW Architects in 2009 following 10 years as an associate partner in a Notting Hill practice. Now working for an established network of private London and overseas clients Conrad has successfully completed and specialises in the high-end private residential and property development sector with a central London and country house portfolio.

Specific experience of listed buildings and conservation areas where clients wish to achieve the best results for their properties and homes. Navigating the planning policies and typically unique constraints of the London Boroughs with their varied house types the creative design is combined with critical attention to the existing property alongside carefully considered and guided project management through to completion.
Country Houses
With clients relocating away from London CKW Architects have completed country homes in surrounding counties such as Surrey, Hertfordshire and Berkshire. Often starting with the masterplan to consider and find solutions for both the house and gardens the projects evolve with coordinated phased design packages and construction collaboration.
Interiors
Interiors are the fundamental success to any home and clients may approach their project with an interior designer in mind. CKW Architects will collaborate with the client and their designer to help select and project manage a team who can dovetail any consents and regulatory requirements whilst implementing the client brief to achieve their interior vision
